Below are a couple of rules and regulations that are a MUST read.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL
- All clients must wear a face mask or you will not be serviced.
- No extra guest will be allowed under any circumstances.
- All clients will be required to wash their hands and sanitize upon arrival. Temperature will be taken.
If you have any symptoms, please stay home
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
There is a $20 deposit required to secure your appointment. This fee goes towards your service total & is non refundable.
A 24hr notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling, the deposit can be transferred to your next appointment if you reschedule.
If you have an emergency or you are running late please notify me BEFORE the appointment starts. After 15 minutes, I will charge a $10 late fee or cancel the appointment. No call/No shows will not be able to book in the future.
The remaining balance may be paid in Cash, Zelle/ Quick Pay or PayPal.
Absolutely NO children or extra people are allowed.
If you are receiving lash services please come with a fresh bare face, no make up. You will charged for a lash bath if you come with make up.
You have to have 40-50% or more lash extensions for your appointment to be considered a fill-in otherwise your appointment will be changed to a full set. No Exceptions!
